So I guess the urban areas trend to the more liberal candidate even within the more conservative party.

I guess the country was doomed when the city life became the dominant way of life.

Think Rick wins by a hair.

The urban counties that are still reporting are not blow outs for Romney like they would be for a Dem in the general. Only 1% of blacks voted in the Republican primary.

There is some thruth to what you say.

In an urban environment, people are automatically more dependent on government.

Police & fire protection

Public transit

Traffic control

Zoning

Licensing

Et cetera

True. There's an urban rural divide. Worse the liberals and rinos flee the urban areas to suburban areas and then proceed to screw them up. In Ohio, those counties adjacent to urban ones become more liberal.
