Santorum doesn’t get any delegates from TN? Why? He has 39% of the vote with 42% reporting.
I believe he didn't fill out the necessary paperwork or something like that. He could pick up the delegates committed to Huntsman or Perry or the uncommitteds. I think that could be up to 22 delegates.
