When they tell you that you must vote for Romney because Scalia and Kennedy might retire from the Supreme Court, you will be expected to come back on board. It’s inevitable. Oh yeah, the sleazeball Romney's going to nominate conservative Justices. Right. Just like the judges he nominated in Massachusetts. Ooops!

Just remember when you think about what they’ll do on judicial nominations, only Rick Santorum voted to confirm Sonya Sotomayor when Clinton put her on the 2nd Circuit. And we know how that worked out. She was the first choice of Obama for the Supreme Court.
