Just looked at the numbers in Ohio posted on Drudge. Talk about close - Romney 38.6% - Santorum 37.1%

Obama wished Romney good luck. If Romney wins, I sure hope he can beat Obama (and the media).

Mark Levin just said something quite disconcerting for the GOP. Romney’s basically winning by outspending his opponents 12 to 1, and putting out sleazy mischaracterizations about everyone. It’s winning because not everyone is fully up to speed on all the candidates, so the sleaze sticks and is effective.

The GOP Establishment is assuming that after Romney wins the nomination, everyone will line up behind him. But unlike past primaries, Romney will have succeeded in pissing off the other candidates’ supporters to the point where Levin seriously doubts they’ll do this to the extent that Romney needs.

Mark ticked off the Republican leaders that absolutely despise Romney - among them Fred Thompson (who is campaigning in Tennessee for Gingrich) and Rudy Guliani.

So, we may be looking at a Pyrrhic victory for precious Willard, and a disaster for the GOP come November.
