If you could provide Anti-Tank Missiles to the Rebels in Syria and Iran you would go a long way towards taking down the regimes.

There is a better chance of those “Anti-Tank Missiles” falling in the hands of Hizbollah and being used on Israel. The rebels in Syria (and the Arab spring in general) are not exactly “friendlies”.
