MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - Snow may have covered the ground outside Rick Santorum's rally at Dayton Christian School, but it wasn't enough to chill people's enthusiasm.
"I drove about 20 miles just to catch a glimpse," Judy Awabdy.
But Judy, like scores of others, was actually turned away from Santorum's rally because there wasn't any room left.
She got a glimpse at his motorcade, but that was it.
"Pretty disappointed but I'm just glad that he's here," says Shelly King, who was also turned away.
Inside the Santorum supporters stood shoulder to shoulder, but there was still some space for undecided voters to make up their minds.
"I was very impressed and I think I'm on board," Sue Wilson says.

Full house in Ohio. That is great news. I am sad that he had to turn people away but it is better than the alternative. People really love the Santorums (well except some on this site). God Bless the Santorum Family especially tomorrow.
I am a Gingrich supporter but I think it’s a mistake for folks who think like I do to attack Santorum. Both men are worthy candidates.
Far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far, far better than Romney.
I agree naps. God Bless Rick Santorum and may he do well tomorrow. He has alot o’ support on this site and the naysayers look very foolish indeed.
You guys are right. Two heads are better than one to defeat Romney.
Great statement!
Amen and amen.
You too Mary. Hopefully the American Voters believe what we believe with this incredible candidate. Go Rick Santorum. Have a great night!!!
Don’t you worry now. Rick Santorum will do just fine tomorro, Super Duper Tuesday. Actually, it is not so much about Santorum, it is about the PEOPLE WHO WILL VOTE TOMORROW. It is all about the. What they want. Where they want the country to go. What they say about themselves. It’s in God7s hands. Time for folks in the US to get some sleep now (if near the East coast).
Disgusting thread just posted by Patton, or whatever his name is.
Interesting that we never bash their guy but they constantly take aim at Santorum.
One time I wrote an editorial for a Colorado newspaper and the Libs attacked me and called me names in their comments.
I was almost in tears until I talked to my DC author friend who congratulated me and reminded me that when a person attracts that kind of response(55), it means GOTCHA!
