Miller was a bully at school. He was the most despised person at Alhambra High School, in Martinez. He had a handful of thugs that would hold his victims while George III would pound on them. No worries though, his father George Jr. was a state legislator, and would always get him out of trouble. He had a cousin that was County Sheriff too.
