How can the Libertarian party do any worse?

Sadly, we'll probably never know, since they're such a splinter party they'll never have the reigns of power.

I think a more practical approach is for you and like-minded people organizing to weed out the RHINOs at the local level and try to effect change from the ground up... that means The Tea Party to me.

Doc, we tried that. Remember 2010? By June of 2011, they had sold out on the debt. Added another “Continuing Resolution” instead of a budget. Sorry, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 30-40 times, shame on me. The Repubs co-opted the Tea party and now it is just another interest group to them. An unwanted interest group at that.
