The establishment is scared to death of Newt. He knows where all the bodies are buried and is willing to talk about it and change things. I doubt they will allow him to win the nomination but he is exactly what this country needs right now.

Agreed. Having been in Washington so long is a double edged sword. I hope (as I believe it has) that his conversion has made him a better man. A Gingrich/West ticket may be the best we can hope for right now. Can you imagine those two? They certainly wouldn’t be taking people’s (MEDIA ESPECIALLY!) crap; that, I’m pretty confident about.

RC2, you were doing well until the 2nd sentence. You feel the establishment “won’t let him” win? Well, last time I checked, the voters STILL get to decide who wins the nomination, and then the election ....the problem is, we conservative VOTERS can’t get our act together and UNITE.

Just STOP with this defeatest wobbly talk and BE positive!! Unite behind Newt and We the People can show the Establishment where to STEP OFF!!!

I wish more people realize ...there are WAY more of us than of them. Romney DEPRESSES turnout. This is a fact.

Newt WILL provide the starkest contract on EVERY front to Obama. Santorum, although a good man, isn’t up to the job and does NOT possess the statesmanlike demeanor or grasp of history as does Newt.

Don’t go so wobby on us ... we can’t win that way.
