My Carbonite service is due for renewal in 30 days and I'm not buying.
Further I'm going to send them a letter explaining that fact to them.
I don't think anyone will sign up for their service because of dropping Rush,
but they most certainly are going to loose one.

I am planning on cutting my discretionary spending to the bone between now and election day. No need to encourage ABCBSNBCNN and the other MSM SOBs.

With the fine Backup & Restore provided with my Comcast service, I cancelled my Carbonite.....and now am elated that I did. I back up my files automatically to a small inexpensive USB hard drive, and flip the proverbial bird to Carbonite.

People who gladly hand over their most private information to Carbonite will continue to do so and the company will continue to grow.
You see, if Carbonite is a great success, the people will eventually be conditioned to backup all of their computerized data in the way that lemmings follow each other over a cliff.
When that day comes, the “sheeple” will already be conditioned to then hand over all of their computerized data to the new business succeeding Carbonite,,,THE GOVERNMENT online mandatory data storage system!
Conditioning is everything. Little by little, you can manipulate the population by letting them enter the door one by one and the effect is not even noticed until all are in the room.

I agree. My e-mail to Carbonite this morning:
Although I enjoy your service and am pleased with how it works (I learned about Carbonite from the Rush Limbaugh program), unless you reconsider your decision to pull your ads from his program because of what he said about the 30-year-old political activist I will not renew my service and will no longer do business with you. I will advise my friends and mailing lists to do likewise. Sincerely,

I don't think anyone will sign up for their service because of dropping Rush, but they most certainly are going to loose one. Mine is due in November. I removed my credit card info so I won't be automatically billed. In the meantime I'm thinking of backup up a bunch of worthless photos and leaving them on there as long as possible.
I also sent them an email congratulating them on such a stupid business decision.
