It is a liberal meme, and Andrew Breitbart mentions this in his last book:
MEME: Black president may be elected, conservatives buy guns, are thereby racist.
REALTY: Normal people recognize this man and his ideological associates are hell bent on destroying first our economy, then our country. Conservatives don’t accept they must act as victims in the coming unrest.
