Sometimes a phone call is more effective - but my thoughts are a lot more collected when I type, and I also find I don’t wind up saying as many things I have cause to deeply regret that way, too. I kind of feel sorry for the workers at the lower end of the ladder who will be fielding all of the calls and e-mails these companies are in the process of getting from irked Rush listeners and from the loony Left both. What a week they will have.

Which do you think will be more effective.. An email that is automatically sent to the delete file unread because the word "Rush" is in the body of the letter or a low end rep in tears telling her supervisor she has to go home? |
