There are members of the Obama Regeme and members of congress whose have used intimidation tactics against the companies who advertise on Limbaugh’s show.

Thus, Congress has acted to restrict Rush’s First Amendment rights.

The Victims here are Rush Limbaugh, the First Amendment, the Pope, and all Real Americans.

"Thus, Congress has acted to restrict Rush’s First Amendment rights."

OK then let us see your cites. But understand the First Amendment does not guarantee you a radio show. The first Amendment basically (As far as free speech goes) means the government can't stop you from speaking. Not speaking on the radio but just speaking your mind.

Rush can speak his mind whenever he likes and he is doing so.

BUT there can be consequences of doing such. Rush is suffering those consequences now. Other people who don't agree with him can stop advertising on his show and are within THEIR First Amendment rights to do so.

For Congress to violate Rush's Free Speech rights they must do so legislatively. Please produce the legislation they have put forth that deals with Rush's Free Speech and know that regulations dealing with radio and TV have nothing to do with Free Speech. The First Amendment does not give you any Rights to speak your mind on the airwaves. The Federal Government can fine the shit out of you for violating FCC standards.

Again you need to study and understand the First Amendment, you have not a clue what it means apparently.
