To me the worse part is passing that compromise that took away their own power and now act like it never happened, like they never won 2010.
The same compromise put into effect automatic spending cuts ‘after’ the election, but it doesnt matter because there is no budget passed for next FY13 and the next budget will over-ride the cuts.
You nailed it on both counts. The Repubs in D.C. put on a (very short) showing of rightious indignation, then go in the back room, and sell us down the river!!
