"...Tennessee looking...more competitive. Santorum still up but Mitt and Newt within about 5-7 pts"

Public Policy Polling is polling 3 Republican Primary states with weekend: Tennessee, Georgia, and Ohio. (I know, it's a Democratic firm, but I doubt that bias expresses itself when it's a Republican v. Republican race.) According to the tweets, Newt is not doing great in Ohio, polling at around 15%. However:
1) Newt's moving up to challenge Santorum in Tennessee:
"Surprise of the day- Tennessee looking much more competitive. Santorum still up but Mitt and Newt within about 5-7 pts"
2) PPP confirms Newt's big lead in Georgia, and also finds that Santorum is fading to 3rd place in that State:
"Newt up big in Georgia. Kinda wish we'd polled Oklahoma instead. Romney with a healthy lead for 2nd over Santorum so far"
So this news - plus the latest Gallup national poll which places Newt within 5 of Santorum - appears to confirm the trend of Newt rising, and Santorum fading. Let's do all we can to accelerate this trend, so that Newt, and not Romney, is the ultimate beneficiary.

You’d do better wondering where Santorum’s votes would go if he dropped out. His numbers look better until you take a real look at them Despite the drop from grace (smears worked) Newt is far more popular (and capable) than Rick. Pushing Rick over Newt now is like hopping up a race horse - he might win this bout, but will likely drop dead.

You're not going to believe it! After I added "Hugo" to our Netflix list, I told Hubby that I did. He
said, "I bought it." He said that everybody liked it so much that he decided just to get it for us. LOL!

You will be happy he bought it! It's a wonderful movie. I'm so sorry it didn't win best picture over that silent French film, but that's Hollywierd. Of course we also liked Midnight in Paris, which is the only Woody Allen I've ever liked!

Rick had a double digit lead in Michigan and lost it within a few days. He had a double digit lead in the polls in Oklahoma, now that lead is fading. His lead in Ohio has all but evaporated and his lead in Tennessee will do the same. Rick’s had too many “oops” statements as the Wall Street Journal said. Who cares if a married couple uses the pill or a condom? Who cares that a “Separation of Church and State” speech by JFK 50 years ago makes you want to vomit? Now we know why he lost his Senate seat by the biggest margin ever lost by an incumbent. Hasta la vista Ricky.

Your neighbor state voter will note vote for either of the two Yankee lawyers.

Newt will have my vote this Tuesday! I've gotten several robo-calls and one from the one and only
Newt Gingrich. I was thrilled. I received another against Rick Santorum and I forget the third one. Oh, if only I could vote more than once, like the Democrats do....LOL!
GO, NEWT, GO!!

Can someone satisfy my curiousity here?
I recall that Gov. Perry picked up a couple of delegates before he withdrew. If they were solid delegates, (I don’t know that they were) what happens to their vote in the first round of the convention?
Do they have to vote Perry, or can they, as he withdrew and threw his support to Speaker Gingrich do likewise?
