She has no case. In testifying before Congress and revealing much more than anyone could ever want to know about her sexual hyperactivity, she made herself into a public person and as such, a legitimate target of the harshest criticism. She can prove neither libel nor slander unless she meets the strictest criteria.

And truth is an absolute defense in a defamation action ...
