Contraception should be at the expense of the person who wants to use it. Men pay out of pocket for condoms and women should pay out of pocket for their preferred method of birth control.
Actually she wants the government to force Georgetown to cover her birth control and abortion pills against their moral conscience. You tax dollars already subsidize birth control pills at any Planned Parenthood or county health department. That isn’t good enough for this intolerant woman. She wants the federal government to force her school of choice to provide them to her for free.
Unless she skipped undergraduate school, she couldn’t be a 3L at 23. Assuming she entered college right out of high school, went for 4 years, and then entered law school right away, then she would have to be at least 25 years old to be a 3rd year law student. 24 possibly, but not 23.
