She didn't say that she spends $3,000. She said: "Without insurance coverage, contraception can cost a woman over $3,000 during law school." I'm guessing that she (or someone else at her organization) did a quick google search when writing the testimony, and found something like this site, which says that contraception can cost up to ~$1,200 per year.

Again, she's a stupid liberal activist, but she said nothing of her own sex life. Certainly nothing to suggest that she's buying dozens of condoms a day.

I haven't caught all of this woman's testimony but she is a symbol of what we face as a country...”you're all responsible for me.” We have too many stupid liberal activists and they're winning. The more welfare and handouts you create, the harder it's going to be for the people who will have to take them away someday.
