It would seem to me that "reproductive health care needs" would be health care that facilitates the reproductive system to bring forth healthy babies from healthy mothers. What Fluke and her fellow traveling harpies are espousing is the medications needed to suppress the reproductive system to block the possibility of birth. The terminology needs to be changed from "reproductive health care needs" to "reproductive suppression medication." It would be a more honest conversation then.
