When did Conan the Barbarian and Sim City run for President? I missed it. I thought only their idiot minions in California and New York voted in their elections.

Why would you think Romney can be trusted anymore than Schwarzenegger or Bloomberg could be? Romney is no more conservative than either one.

Thanks for making my point! Why do you trust Obama so much? I thought you were conservative. Why do you want Obama to be in office if Romney ends up being our GOP STINK BAG candidate again?

Do you see where I'm going here? I don't want Romney as president. I loath the idea. He'll make republicans look bad. But at least we'll have a republican presdent working with a republican house and senate. Given a choice between voting for a hot steamy pile of horse shit and voting for Obama, I'd like to be represented by something comparitively palatable. I'll swallow hard and pull the lever for Romney if I have too.

If Obama gets re-elected I don't think any of us will get anywhere whining to each other about, "I told you so. That'll show the establishment GOP. They'll learn for the next election. By gawd we'll help this country go to hell to teach those a$$hats we're serious about a conservative candidate. They'll take us seriously the next election."

There may not be a next election for us.
