It also makes note that the place was within comfortable walking distance to his home.

What I’d like to know is did anyone see him during the minutes preceding his collapse, and did they see any pedestrians or vehicles in the area at the time.

It is easy to linger with a glass of wine for 2 hours while reading , watching a movie , or engaging in conversation . What’s your point ?
