If we join Israel in an attack against Iran it must deliver a crippling blow, not a warning, nor nibbling around the edges. It will bring death and destruction to Iran, which is the nature of war.

That will never ever happen under this administration.

Where are all the Anti War protesters crying Warmonger, Fearmonger, and Chimp??

Sounds aggressive, but great ideas. Ridding mankind of the 7th century barbarians would be a excellent move, after all what have they contributed to modern man? Nothing. Just poverty, illiteracy, death and destruction.

What I think they should do is follow Andrew Klavans solution for a one state mid east! Democracy, progress and a brighter future!

I realize full well that with our present POTUS nothing like the scenario I envisioned will ever take place.

Unfortunately, not only will your wishful and intelligent thinking not take place, but I think we'll find ourselves at war with Iran and Syria. Obama wants war with the leadership of both countries, it's an election year, it's going to happen. We are not prepared for war with both, and I question if we are prepared and able to handle one to the extent you mention...

What worries me most is the activation of the hundreds (or even more) terrorist sleeper cells here in the US. Iran isn’t completely talking out it’s backside, there is a very real danger here at home. Then the resulting police state will be here by election time. Tinfoily? Perhaps.....

The U.S. has a massive storage depot positioned in Israel. It has been there for several years now and it was placed there specifically to provide Israel and the U.S. with whatever they need to protect Israel from any enemies attacks as well as support friendly troops if they need to go after the enemy.

This depot has nothing whatsoever to do with Obama, it was constructed and stocked under previous administrations for the sole purpose of providing Israel with immediate access to whatever they may need to defend themselves.

I download several pictures and articles a few years ago but I am not willing to divulge what I have read or any locations or descriptions concerning this depot other than it is MASSIVE. We may even have other depots dispersed throughout Israel just to be sure that there will be abundant material available immediately when needed.

Not necessarily advocating such an action, just don't want halfway measures, a prolonged war, or a ground conflict.

And above all else, as a matter of permanent policy, not one red cent of American taxpayer money to be spent on reconstruction in Iran. Let the Umma do that exclusively.

Their war; their reconstruction.

As a minor sidenote, if ANY US servicement are posted in post attack Iran, there are no rules of engagement! Shoot back decisively, no matter what. No exceptions.

The LAST thing we need now is another war

Pest control by the most effective means is not war.

Obama showed his true colors when he treated Netanyahu like dirt during his White House visit.

Not likely to be a repeat, no matter how slow a learner Hussein is.

Reminds me of the story of the cowboy and his girlfriend out for a moonlight ride, being pulled by a recalcitrant mule... and a two by four.

Since much of the info, including pictures that I have, is still available on the net, I feel a little free-er to say that the base I was referring to is only one of three that Clinton agreed to build for the Israelis under the Wye river accords. Construction began in 2000 and completion was announced in The Jerusalem Post.

I would recommend a google search requiring ‘all the words’ US base Israel to see what is still out on the net.

Who knows. Obama might need a distraction with Breitbart’s tapes coming out and the investigation into his birth certificate.

On the other hand, I’ve always figured that the reasons the Russians were building up the Iranians was for the sake of getting us to attack them. WMD attacks by “terrorists” on our forces or in the country could be blamed on us for our “aggression”. It’ll be another excuse to hurt us economically and politically around the world.

I have similar qualms but we will have no choice if we wait until hit by Iranian nukes or Iranian-sponsored domestic terrorist cells. And if Israel is hit first we'll be in it anyway and will have to rise to meet the challenge. Although Obama has little empathy for Israel, if it is attacked the pressure to join it in retaliation against Iran will be irresistible. The "bonus" for 0bummer will be to place him where he'd like to be in an election year: a war-time president with the nation rallying behind him, assuring his election.

The LAST thing we need now is another war [especially a no-win war]. We didn't need WWII. Israel will attack Iran, if it is not attacked first. War clouds are gathering. They can not be wished away.

I take no pleasure in that. I pray for Israel.
