Heart Disease could run in the family. We don’t know his past regarding his health but maybe his heart was enlarged for a long time and eventually this would be the outcome. If his family expected this then it would be natural causes I’m just guessing.
I’m pretty sure they put in ‘natural causes’ to forestall the inevitable conspiracy theories that would arise, given how controversial Breitbart was.
