Really frustrating that voters do not think very deeply about the functions of the Presidency.

Newt could solve any problem and prevent others by surrounding himself with a top-notch cabinet - inspired to accomplish only one goal: To Restore America!!!

Voters are lazy and I think they vote "by polls".
They virtually ignore the role of CIC.
