Yeah - they sure blow things out of proportion up there. Here in the states the little girl would have just been suspended from school and given a psych. evaluation.

So, you’d like to think stuff like this does not happen in the good old USA?
That’s delusional. Social workers in the Departments of Social Services are run amok in this country. As with gubmint bureaucrats everywhere, they care not about “the children”. They care about increasing their power and safeguarding their jobs. They care not who they harm in the process.
In the last 18 months, I have been through a nightmare of epic proportions with my ex-wife in a custody battle.
It started out with a false domestic violence allegation, that I wrote about in this post:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2512657/posts
It went on to yet another false domestic violence allegation, yet again dismissed by the courts.
And finally, in December, 2011, it culminated in the nuclear bomb of custody disputes, allegations by the ex-wife that I sexually abused my 3 1/2 year old daughter.
Innocent until proven guilty?
This is no longer the case in the USA.
What these social services bureaucrats can put you through, with no evidence, based on an allegation from a malevolent, malicious ex-wife is beyond surreal.

I just received word last week, that the allegations have been found to be “unsubstantiated” and that no abuse occurred.

The system is broken, there is no protection for the innocent. I have spent $140,000.00 on legal and other fees in 18 months due to the absurd system of “protection for the woman and child”.

I’ve had enough.
