CNN even went to what ever Scottish Law enforcing personal care home Arlen Specter resides at...and the Snarlin One parsed all around the discussion that he had with Santorum to get Santor and Bush on the PA campaign trail to support HIM (Toomey was rising in the polls and be was toast). Trouble is...some PA Rs who were in on the set up of that “tour” substantiate Santorum’s story.
