3:57 p.m. ET — The skies over the track are looking much more encouraging than at most any other point today!Yeah, but the skies above the gulf and the western side of the state don't look encouraging at all. The efforts to dry the track are gonna be a waste as they get hit again in about half an hour. If this thing runs today, it'll be after 8:00 ET.
