IIRC Sinclair oil used to do that as well when they opened a new station here in Pittsburgh. They also had large winged horse balloons. Maybe my partialzheimers is showing...

Sinclair oil I pumped gas at a Sinclair station in Cleveland when I was a teen. The guy who owned it ran an old 51 Ford flathead stock car, I learned a heckuva lot.
