There is one prescription medicine I take daily.

I am able to get it refilled 25 days after the previous fill.

Done repetitively, you can accumulate an extra month’s supply every six months.

You will, however, need to get your doctor to renew the prescription after 10 months, since you will have used your allotted 12 refills for the year in that time.

I can acquire about 60 pills a year with my occasional drug free day. I don't know about a natural substitute. I had thyroid removed due to cancer. one dies after a while with no hormone. among other thing it helps your heart beat I've heard. I get very tired with out my Pill even for one day. Pills are very cheap,but you must have the prescription.
