Since Santorum was speaking in a non-political, religious event, what is the problem? Nowhere does he say he wants Congress to do anything, in the parts I have seen.

Santorum was an invited politian at a religious school opening, and if you believe that politicians make speeches about a war on Satan and sensuality that are not political speeches or politically problematic in any way, then you are somewhat naive at best.
