Saint Rick is way off on this. I wish he had prepared more for the debate instead of complaining of a conspiracy that does not exist. I still plan to vote for him, but he is making it difficult to do and may be out of the race before I can vote for him.

Steven Hayes, on FNC, just came out and said it's true. Paul has admitted there have been phone calls between the two camps and that Paul wants a platform at the convention. Personally, I think he wants a spot at the table for Rand.

Keep in mind, though, that to the best of my recollection I haven't heard anyone on Fox mention the winner of last night's debate....Newt Gingrich.

“Saint Rick is way off on this.”

First, your ridiculing Santorum because he is a man of faith is not clever or attractive. There is enough anti-Christian bigotry in this country already without you adding to it. Would you ridicule a Jew for his faith? Would you ridicule a Muslim? I realize it is politically correct for people like you to ridicule sincere Christians but it does not help your argument.

Second, Ron Paul has been working to help Romney get the nomination all along. Paul never attacks Romney or Obama. He only attacks conservatives. He spent tens of millions running attack ads against Newt in Iowa. He attacked Michelle Bachmann over and over.

Third, Santorum did fine in the debate. Could he have done better? Of course. But he stood his ground when he was ganged up on two against one and provoked by Romney supporters in the crowd.
