Aloha, Biglook! Doing somewhat better tonight - just got back from PT - another punishing session - I'm totally wiped out. I'm getting another cortisone injection in the back tomorrow morning - hopefully that will give me some relief from the lumbar pain.
How are things in your neck of the woods?

Practically no sun, passing showers and storms daily.....and I don't mean just the weather.
I'd had a cortisone shot once for a shoulder impingement; I went in not being able to raise my arm, I was in pain all the time and got the shot. It was amazing.....three or four hours later I had relief and movement. Hope you have similar results.
