He just brought up his "homeschooling" again and "local control" but his actual record reflects he took $72,000 from a local Pennsylvania school district to "homeschool" five of his kids while he and his family were living in D.C. While ruled legal, it's something that helped defeat him in 2006. Things like this leave a bitter taste, particular in a candidate who holds himself up as Mr. Clean

Okay, please stop repeating the local PA dem talking points about this issue. Rick Santorum OWNED A HOME AND PAYED LOCAL PROPERTY TAXES in that school district. Sheesh! When you have to resort to lies started by Dems to justify your attacks it makes it sound like you don't really have anything but your own personal bias.

I'm sure there are other legitimate issues to use, please concentrate on those and drop this.

Yes and what would his seven children have cost the public schools to educate. It's not free despite the rumors, there's a high cost per student. So what Santorum got to educate his kids was offset by what he saved the public school.
