I read that entire case CDR and you are still wrong!Did you find that Wong Kim Ark was, at his birth, a citizen of the United States by virtue of the first clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution and was not ruled to be a natural born citizen?

Yes, that’s what I found. He is simply ruled to be a citizen , unlike Virginia Minor who is ruled a natural born citizen.
