Controversial Israeli sub surfaces in Kiel
A controversial submarine soon to be delivered to Israel the largest produced in Germany since World War II has made an appearance at the northern port city of Kiel.
he 68-metre-long sub is currently at the shipyard of the HDW shipbuilding company, which is testing the vessel before it is shipped to Israel later this year. Police in boats have been protecting it.
Although HDW and government officials have lately remained silent about the sub, it is thought that officials are preparing to begin extensive in-water checks before delivery.
The advanced Dolphin-class sub combines high-tech diesel and electric power sources. It is among the worlds most advanced submarines and is allegedly capable of launching nuclear weapons.
Israel has already received three Dolphin-class submarines from Germany and is expected to get at least two more by the end of 2013.
But their sale partly subsidised by German taxpayers has been controversial in light of Israeli military policies in the Middle East.
Last year the German government nearly put a halt to submarine purchases by Israel as relations frayed between top government officials.

Did the Germans sell them the Barracuda Torpedos to go with the sub?
All those nukes Obama wants to cut from our inventory has to go somewhere.
I have seem some reports that say this is the torpedo they will use:
DM2A4 Seehecht (export designation “SeaHake mod 4” [1]) is the latest heavyweight torpedo developed by Atlas Elektronik for the German Navy, as a further update of DM2 (Deutsches Modell 2) torpedo which was released in 1976. Being the successor of the DM2A3, it features an advanced electrical propulsion system and a fiber optic cable for torpedo guidance and communication, which, in conjunction with advanced signals processing and mission logic, makes the torpedo largely countermeasure resistant.

How many Jew hating muslims are employed in the shipyard where the sub was built?
Sixty-eight meters is just a shade over 223 feet. Very few nukes would fit into that machine.
The general unclassified thought from a number of sources is that the submarine has several larger torpedo tubes, through which Israeli nuclear-armed cruise missiles can be launched.
I wouldn't be surprised if he sells them to Iran.
Israel has adapted the Harpoon as a torpedo tube-launched strategic weapon with the extra special warhead.
Their version is the Popeye if memory serves.
I am thinking Israeli SEAL team, a few sleds and a cadre of explosives which includes some nukes.
Just a quick look at various specs, and its armament consists of 16 torpedoes/missiles.
Popeye isn’t a modified Harpoon; the rumor was previously that it was the Harpoons that were modified with nuclear warheads, but their range is really incredibly short, so it seems far more likely the Popeyes are the ones carrying possible nuclear warheads.
