What the Hell is wrong with people on this site who keep acting like Santorum is liberal?
They act like Santorum is fiscally liberal because they fear his deep social conservatism. They are more comfortable with those who talk conservative but live like liberals (i.e. libertines like Gingrich) than they are with candidates who live a conservative life. Talking the talk is more important than walking the walk.
