I just checked in Creators.com. It says Bread, so it must have been the stupid editor in Townhall.com who changed it

The title at Townhall correctly says BREAD also:

"Can Obama Order Grocers to Give Away Bread"

A google search reveals that the Townhall article originally said “Can Obama Order Grocers to Give Away Blood.” And I think I saw other FReepers say they saw it too. I would bet that Kaslin copied and pasted the original title when posting this.
