If gasoline hits $4/gal., Obama is toast. Must be a sickening feeling to know that your future depends on the guys you’ve been kicking in the teeth for four years.

When Bush left office the gas cost was around $1.75 per gallon. During Bush’s term the gas went to around $2.50 and the media were all over him 24/7 about the increase.

This is a set up. When gas prices rise to only $4/gallon Obama will be praised as a hero for preventing $5/gallon gas. He’ll also save a few million jobs by doing so.

I would predict that gas indeed will go higher, but the lower class entitlements will be exempted and will get their free “gas cards” from the Federal government.

Another Obama stimulus plan probably in the works.

http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/298573/20120214/gas-gasoline-oil-prices.htm

National unleaded gas prices have only risen above $3.50 a gallon three times in history, and this year's rise is the earliest ever, analysts say, foreshadowing an expensive year for motorists.

Gas prices traditionally rise in the summer months, but this year's early rise to $3.50 is leading many analysts to speculate that this summer will be an expensive one at the pump. Phil Flynn of PFG Best spoke to MarketWatch and downplayed talk he's heard of prices hitting $5 a gallon, but did concede that he's heard such talk. Tom Kloza, director of editorial content for the Oil Price Information Service, agreed, saying that prices would probably stay in the $3.75 to $4.25 range, near the 2008 record of $4.11.

Caution, the sky is not falling because of one man's rumor.

The very second the media declare Obama has lost the election in November, oil will drop to ten dollars a barrel.

They won't want us drilling our own.

The Today Show on NBC had a story on rising gas prices but, guess what, no mention of Obama. If Bush was president he’d have been mentioned several times in the story.

Add to the $4+ per gallon gasoline the real possibility of rolling blackouts this summer as a result of the EPA shutting down some 20 power plants. Of course Obama and the MSM will try to blame Bush and evil big oil. I hope the GOP sticks it to Obama for canceling the XL pipeline, banning drilling in the Gulf and elsewhere and an EPA gone wild.
