If Romney loses Michigan, he should pack it in and go home. The only thing worse for him would be losing in Massachusetts. It’s beginning to look like Santorum is going to win this entire thing. I just worry that he can’t win the general. It will be difficult for him to even carry his home state, where the last time he ran, he lost.

He lost because he WENT ALONG WTH THE ESTABLISHMENT and backed Arlen Specter; Santorum acted like a good little GOPer and went with Bush and the DC establishment RINOS to back Specter. We all know how that turned out. Toomey, the conservative running against Specter barely lost, so Santorum's endorsement might have mattered. Also, Santorum ran against Casey, son of a staunchly prolife and popular Dem governor.

Hopefully, Santorum has learned a thing or two. I believe he can beat Obama, if the voter fraud can be held to a minimum. I still believe Newt is the smartest man in the room, but Santorum with, say, Col West as VP running mate could definitely beat Obama.

This regime has to be stopped.

“I just worry that he can’t win the general.”

I don’t believe he can, but I have a greater concern. IF he did win the general, I don’t think he has what it takes to lead this country out of the woods.

I realize that I am preaching to the choir, but if Santorum wins we will have to unite and get behind him as the alternative is OBAMA. We have a Supreme Court at stake along with and economy that is going over a cliff to name just a “few” issues. I personally don’t care to be discussing birth control for crying out loud! I do agree with the Catholic Church that Obama has crossed the line on Religious Freedoms. I just see where the left and Romney will attack Santorum on his reproductive views. It is ridiculous in my opinion and yes I am a woman. As for Santorum losing in 2006, well the world has changed for the worse. If he is open and honest about why he lost he stands a chance.
