Seems fair to me. Then once the precedent is in they can charge more to all sorts of other people who engage in behaviors that run up health care costs.

Like homosexuals, crack addicts, pot smokers...you know, the Democrats’ key constituencies.

They SHOULD!! geesh, if are RICH enough to smoke a $5.00 a day pack, and STUPID enough to smoke a $5.00 a day pack or MORE, than you SHOULD pay more!!

So are these jerks going to remove the massive tax they put on cigarettes after the institute this or will that extra money go to more welfare spending.

There shouldn't be a Federal health care program at all. Ever. It's not an enumerated power in the Constitution.

They SHOULD raise gasoline taxes!! geesh, if are RICH enough to buy $5.00 a gallon and STUPID enough to drive more than 5 miles a day or MORE, than you SHOULD pay more!!
