Well, they need payers to actually pay for the lunch program so all the “reduced” lunch kids can eat. $1.25? I doubt it. My kid’s school is $2 for the entrée and then all the extras are ala carte. So, they payers kids can end up paying $3-4 for lunch. The free riders, they get reduced lunch for .40 and breakfast for .20.

Sure looks like our experiment in self governance is over. We failed.
