I wonder exactly what is causing so many people to become so uncontrollably violent? Drugs? Alcohol?

From what I see I would say it is from being not raised and allowed to run wild in a feral environment. Being exposed to inappropriate movies & adult behavior. And work, education, and reading are not priorities whatsoever. So you get things like this semi human that come along.
