Jerusalem Police on Sunday again barred entry to the Temple Mount to all non-Muslims, citing the latest case of potential anti-Jewish incitement, according to Israel Radio.
The announcement came after Moshe Feiglin, head of the Manhigut Yehudit (Jewish Leadership) faction in the Likud party, said that he intended to go up to the Temple Mount on Sunday, something he claims to have done on the 19th of every Jewish month for the past 10 years. According to the Israel Radio report, police said they will not allow any religious representative to use the Temple Mount or Western Wall for political means. The Temple Mount is one of Jerusalems most sensitive sites and has often been a flashpoint for Arab voilence against Jews. The 2001 visit to the Temple Mount by then MK Ariel Sharon is credited with being one of the main catalysts of the Second Intifada.

Well, if the Muslims are going to get violent if non-Muslims ascend the Temple Mount, the only thing you can do is ban the infidels. Can't confront Muslims over religious violence after all, it's in their nature. As long as they're violent anyway, Israel could take control of the Temple Mount and everyone could pray there, not just Muslims.
Everyone's afraid of what the muzzies will do.
I'm a little sick and tired of peoples and nations being cowered by a bully.
Didn't we (guys, anyway) grow up learning that you stand up to a bully in school.
You may get your ass kicked but you are not labled a faggot while in school .... right?
The police should get their asses kicked by worshippers and then let the game begin with the muzzies.
When a man fights for righteousness' sake, he is stronger, more pwerful and efficacious (sp?).

The first sentence is true, the second depends on who
you are talking to, Palestinians give all the credit to
Sharon, isn’t it amazing what one man can do.
The intifada would have happened anyway, it was in the
plans.
Best way to stop the violence is to rebuild the Bet Hamikdash. They’re waiting for us to do it. It’s foretold in Sura 17. The fact that we have not is the basis for their claims that we are not the true owners of the land.
Is the title in error? Should that be non-Jews?
In rational societies the ones threatening or perpetrating the violence are the ones who suffer the consequences. Therefore Israel is not a rational society.
Yet not once the Koran even mentions Jerusalem, the Bible mentions it over 600 times.
That statement doesn’t make a bit of sense
I probably could have phrased that better. So here goes:
Rational societies deal with the people making threats and initiating violence in order to achieve political goals. Israel isn’t doing that. Instead it’s restricting peaceful people from visiting the Temple Mount.
This only encourages more threats and violence from the adherents to the insane murder cult that islam is. A rational response would be to remove the Temple Mount from the control of those making threats and engaging in violence.
But Israel isn’t doing that. Hence my statement that they’re not a rational society.
