Sort of like that scene in Demolition Man where Wesley Snipes cannot shoot the criminal mastermind because he has been implanted with a psychological block. So he tosses the gun to another thug and says “Would you please kill this guy?”
Let me guess... it didn’t stop him from killing a ton of other guys though
