Newt Gingrich kept a stiff upper lip Wednesday after his poor showing in GOP presidential caucuses the night before, but issued dire warnings about Iran's potential nuclear capabilities.
In his only scheduled public appearance for the next two days, the former House speaker made no mention of his poor showing in Colorado and Minnesota. But he told a small crowd of manufacturing workers that the United States could pay a terrible price if Iran develops nuclear weapons.

Or maybe it is because no delegates were decided with any of them.
The more I hear from this man, the more convinced I am that we are doomed if we do not put him in office.
Not one of the other candidates seems to really grasp or articulate even a little portion of just how precarious our position is on every front. (Economy, Foreign, Domestic)
He’s proving to be a fighter who can explain conservatism to the world. We’re going to need that.
I thought Newt was speaking to CPAC today or tomorrow? He is still on the roster on their site.
Article is from the 8th. Would have been more clear as “today and tomorrow” but “the next two days” seems longer.
It gives the impression he is flagging a little, maybe tired or reconsidering his options.

I saw this discussed early in the week somewhere and jotted down a book to pickup from the library.
One Second After, by William R. Fortschen. The forward was written by Newt.
This book is a fictional account of the aftermath experienced in a small twon after an EMP attack. Newt Gingrich believes that an attack with an Electromagnatic Pulse is a very real threat.
We are just talking about the initial work staging areas they could be granted, and from there, who knows? Nicaragua? Cuba? Islands off of Venezuela? Such as up on the Paraguana Peninsula? These ICBMs will in fact be able to hit the continental United States as far as I understand.
Vaclav Havel? He passed away nearly TWO MONTHS AGO!!
