A lot of Indians I know drink hair spray. They mix it with distilled water and call it “ocean” because of the color. This “lawsuit” is gonna be good. Especially when they decide to Sioux the hairspray companies too.

Then I suppose gambling addicts can sue Indian casinos and lung cancer patients can sue Indian tobacco retailers.

Will they also sue the state for making lottery tickets addictive?

If they win, can the Indian casinos be sued for damages caused by excessive gambling?
