LOL! Mmmm... Pizza! I make my own (low carb), and it's amazing. I take a layer of sliced pepperoni, sprinkle on some oregano* and mushrooms,
add a layer of mozzarella cheese, a few thin slices of provolone, nuke to melt the cheese, and voila! Low carb pizza that tastes amazingly like pizza.
*The big secret! The oregano makes the taste just right.
If I can spare the calories, I make a fried-cheese crust, but it really doesn't need a crust at all.
