MF Global and CEO Corzine loses 1.2 billion of segregated customer accounts and he walks the street shopping for a new office in New York city. This guy loses 20,000 and the DA raids his factory, seizes everything and preparing to prosecute him ASAP.
Corzine didn’t “lose” 1.2 billion dollars of customer money, he stole it (or, caused it to be stolen). But you make a good point.
