I normally dislike this kind of overdone rhetoric. It reminds me too much of the way propaganda ministries write press releases.

But in this case, there are a couple of reasons I'm OK with it:

1. One has to talk like this in order to cut through the media clutter and nonsense...
2. People have come to expect it from the other side, and our side has to use the media as the left uses it; if they don't, ordinary people won't even notice what we're saying, and...
3. It's no less than the truth in this case.

No. Obammie the Commie, like all statists, holds human secularism as the truest religion. As such, Obammie the Commie is not declaring war on any one denomination, he is simply perpetuating the ongoing war between the State and all religion. Why? Religious people put their faith in their God and in their faith-based communities (true community interaction, not the false kind that is socialism spread far and wide). The State cannot tolerated not being viewed as godly in its power and knowledge and cannot tolerate true communities.

This was just another opportunity for the weak-armed leftist DemocRATS to say, “WE have the power. WE decide who gets what. WE decide who has to do what.”

Why would Odmama and friends declare war on the Catholic Church in an election year knowing full well that a president can’t be elected without the Catholic vote? I think it’s because they know what’s on the economic horizon just as the Republicans did in 2008, their taking a dive.

If so, this might be the first election in history that the candidates will try to out do each other in blunders and gaffs.
