I believe only MO is non binding. Delegates will be awarded from MN and CO.

I just returned from my caucus on Jefferson County Colorado. Caucus goers took a preference poll, which was non-binding. Delegates to the Republican National Convention will be chosen at the Colorado State Convention on April 14.
